You get independence in working. The salary is decent, and the work environment is nice. A WFH setup is provided if needed. A lot depends on how the manager is. Pros cannot be generalized to every team. It's easy to switch internally.
Can get hectic during sales events, and if deadlines are not properly managed by the manager, PIP can come any time to stay on your toes.
