Create more support for interns as opposed to throwing everyone into the fire and asking for everything. Not a single person I worked with as an intern went back to the company full-time.

Software Engineer Intern
One interview with the LC medium and two LPs. I took 20 minutes for the LC and 20 minutes for the LPs. The LC was based on graph traversal, and the LPs were based on past experience.

Normal LeetCode questions, pretty standard. People were nice, and I had a good time. The behavioral interview asked about the Amazon Leadership Principles. Study those, and you should be okay. Overall, not a bad experience.
