It started with half an hour asking a few leadership principle questions. The next half hour was spent solving a LeetCode Easy coding problem where I had to find all the unique characters in a string and count them.

This was a very normal process for a phone screening round. The interviewee was friendly and allowed me to ask questions. I was able to provide a correct solution, but they did not share the results with me in a timely manner.
