Great starting pay. A lot of small communities that help you feel integrated/involved.
Training can be hit or miss.
Work-life balance can be rough.
New hire training and onboarding are vital. Make sure these are happening. I had the misfortune of having my onboarding buddy have COVID the second day I was there and was left to figure out everything on my own.

I had a technical screen in the form of an online assessment. It was a standard, timed test. The coding portion had two standard LeetCode questions that were approximately medium-level.
