Good salary, friendly people (in my experience), great opportunity to learn.
In a big company, layoff decisions often come from upper management with little to no interaction with managers. Layoffs are triggered by stock price more than the value added by a specific individual or team. The company is very "frugal," with little to no perks, no free food or drinks, etc.

It was easy and to the point. The interviewer was sweet and allowed me enough time to think about how to approach solving the problems. The coding question asked was for an inventory and managing it. It was an easy solve with the right data structure
