  • No learning opportunities or budget.
  • Pay goes down after 2 years (when RSUs replace sign-on bonus).
Advice to Management

Start treating employees like long-term assets. Try to really live up to the “World’s Best Employer” leadership principle by being BETTER than competing companies.

For example:

  • Do everything you can to avoid layoffs.
  • Have better-than-average benefits and time off.
