Strives to be meritocratic. Incompetent people don’t get ahead. Good pay.

Cons

Stack-ranked, micromanaged, overloaded, and randomized, employees are forced to return to the team, relocate, or "voluntarily resign." Employees are treated like liabilities, not assets.
