Ghosted after 1st round test. The test itself was a simple leetcode-style coding puzzle: * 3 roughly leetcode medium difficulty questions of increasing complexity * Required a good asymptotic solution * Had automated and hidden tests

I didn't get an interview but had to go through a strong assessment. This took over 3 hours, however, I never heard any feedback or response. This caused me to feel like I had wasted my time.
