I had a very warm welcome into the company on arrival.
There is a lot of hierarchy and structure that is hard to understand when you are new.
A more flat organization would be better.

It wasn't easy. The technical assessment was a bit difficult; you need to come prepared. I would recommend solving 150 LeetCode problems before trying to do an online assessment or start your interview process.

I applied online. First round is OA, followed by a four 1-hour loop interview. More focus is on the LP. Coding is about DSA and LLD. Interviewers are very friendly and supportive. The DSA focused on the graph topic.
