Too frugal and very slow progression
There is a lot to learn from many senior people.
Very fast-paced. Sometimes it's too much and can be stressful.
The company doesn't care of its employees.
Salary-wise, they would increase less than inflation, even on good performance.
Career progression is super slow, and so is salary increase, once in 3-6 years in a good case.
Perks are very little to none.
Care more about the employees, rather than just the CEO.
