Bonus is paid on stocks, which are subject to market fluctuations.
An isolated technical leadership minority (Principals) aren't really up to the task. If you face one of those, seek switching teams and you will be okay.
L7s need training on how to collect L4, L5, and L6 feedback in some orgs.
I miss Bezos, though. He had a stronger approach to inclusion and minorities than the top execs who usually do "risk assessment" on taking controversial stakes.
