Pros

Learning internally about AWS means growth in widely used public tools.

Cons

Madrid protects are mostly about maintenance.

Book managers are not very good at handling team productivity. They have over 10 hours of meetings a week, scattered at different times, and many of them are really unproductive. Then, they look for reasons why the teams are not productive at year-end.

Advice to Management

Most low-level managers do not understand the level of maintenance these old systems require, nor the motivations for people to stay. I have seen whole teams rotating in little more than a year.
