First, I applied, sent in my resume and work documents, set up a discussion with the hiring manager, then set up an interview loop with several engineers, including coding, behavioral, and design questions.

I met polite and nice people. The questions were ultimately functionally driven and aligned to the company's leadership principles. There were no real surprises, based on the information on their public website.

It was confusing. Two different people contacted me for the same position and, in the end, my process became a mess. One was canceled and the other was considered a failure. Everything very confusing, honestly.
