It's hard to schedule and confirm. I get emails and calls every day, but when I schedule, no one confirms. The technical phone screen has two parts: * Leadership principles * Coding How many words do I need?

It wasn’t as difficult as I thought. They asked me an easy DSA problem, the two-sum question, and I solved it correctly. However, I struggled to explain my approach, and I also didn’t ask them any questions.

Passed the tests and turned down the offer. It was good, hard, and fun. There were multiple rounds; only the first was online. Not much else to say. This requires thirty words, so I am still typing.
