The only con, according to me, at Amazon is that the job sometimes becomes hard to do.
Shortlisting and an OA round followed by an interview. The OA was easy, including DSA plus random management questions which were easy to answer. There were 3 sections in the OA. I did not get shortlisted after the OA.
