The best thing about working at Amazon is its absolutely fantastic work-life balance and supporting colleagues.
The only con, according to me, at Amazon is that the job sometimes becomes hard to do.

Software Engineer
I applied in-person. It is an online assessment and asked me 2 medium questions based on data structures, algorithms, and behavioral. It takes 3 hours to solve it. You should be good at data structures and algorithms.

After clearing the Online Assessment in July, I received the Hiring Interest form. After that, the interview never happened. I didn't get any mail or any sort of communication from their side.
