There isn't much great documentation about the infrastructure and development tools. The internal search engine is useless for doing proper searches. I struggled a lot with ramping up and learning the development tools.
Interviewed in 2024, so the process could have changed. Started with a long OA that includes a cultural fit test, then moved to a virtual onsite (3 interviews, all scheduled for one day).

First round: Hiring manager screening. This covers leadership principles important for the job. Final round: Five interviews with a writing assessment. Each round covers around three leadership principles. All interviews are behavioral.
