High pay, lots of learning.
Not much at the moment.
I directly received an OA (Online Assessment) via email from HR. It was done too late, so they no longer had any headcount remaining. There was no other process. It wasn't difficult, but there were a lot of corner cases.
It had only one round. 1. Behavioural questions were asked, such as: - When did you help your team member, and how? - What was the most challenging thing you did in a past experience? 2. One coding question was asked (Anagram).
The process starts with submitting an online application through Amazon's careers website. You'll need to upload your resume and possibly answer some initial questions related to your background and experience.
