Pay is decent, but Jon's security sucks. So, what's the point?
This job will slowly but surely push you to a dark place. They simply don’t care about the employee. Management makes it clear you are just a cog in a giant wheel. They hire H1B, work them to death, and expect the same from you.
The entire PIP program is dumb; it’s pretty much perform or leave. Very archaic company with WFH policies. I wish nothing but the worst for this company.
