There aren't many pros in comparison to other big tech companies.

- Poor management
I am concerned after reading many of these reviews that the ratings are artificially inflated. Almost everyone I know who works at Amazon hates it and has had a terrible experience.

I went through a couple of hour-long technical interviews. These included behavioral questions, followed by a detailed analysis of my familiarity with AWS. I wasn't fully prepared for the ending questions, as I had not worked with AWS yet.
