Pretty good work-life balance in some orgs, like the one I was in. Generally good coworkers.
Inconsistent workload. Much higher in some parts of the quarter than the others. Inconsistent projects. Had to do more away team work than originally anticipated. How interesting the work is also fluctuated a lot.
The interview process includes a 1-hour phone screen interview, followed by a 1-day virtual onsite interview consisting of 5 loops. After the interviews, candidates wait for feedback. Feedback for both the phone screen and onsite interviews is typic
It was a fair interview process with 3 one-hour-long interviews. Every interview consists of 30 minutes of behavioral questions followed by one coding question. The behavioral questions were fairly easy, but the coding question was not very clear.
Take-home coding test Phone interviews: * One was technical. * The other was behavioral. 1 in-person, 5-hour interview. It was super long, but they provided snacks and food in between. Employees were pretty rude.
