On-line assessment and some pre-recorded interview questions. Coding questions are easy and pretty much straightforward. Interview questions are also easy to pass and answer.

I was given a couple LeetCode easys at the beginning of the interview process and then was given a LeetCode hard on one of the interviews in the final loop. How can they be that inconsistent with the rigor?
