Experience is extremely dependent on your team and management.
My manager was extremely two-faced, praising my performance one day before turning a complete 180 the next. There is literally no work-life balance if your manager decides so.
Additionally, the people at the top care nothing about who you are and are willing to force you to relocate with barely a month's notice.
