- Has interesting projects
- Fast turnaround time
- As a big company, does have a good amount of reimbursements and other benefits
- You are pushed to excel
On call is very much just ops work, kind of boring, and obviously, you get woken up at night sometimes.
Your happiness will probably depend on the team that you are on (but this is the same for any company, really).
There aren't as many benefits as other companies have that are at the same caliber.
Deadlines and the speed of development can be pretty rough to keep up with.
