Great sense of ownership.
Everyone is customer-obsessed and they do what is best for the customer. There's a great emphasis on customer experience, and I have heard of instances when the company bears losses but provides a consistent customer experience.
The smaller teams work like a startup: fast-paced and full of energy.
Company is frugal, but that is why it is No. 1 online retailer, so don't expect freebies.
