- Fast career growth. You can get promoted pretty quickly from new grads if you put in the work.
- Smart coworkers.
- You might be working on a challenging problem that doesn't have a clear solution. You'll learn a lot along the way.
- Pay is good with refreshers if you are top tier.

Your experience at Amazon would be very team-dependent. You could go to a bad team that's all OE and no real projects and have bad WLB. However, all my teams so far have had good WLB.

Competitive. You'll be put on a dev plan if you don't perform well. If you are not a very motivated person, stay away.

Leadership principles are sort of cult-ish if you are not into them.
Give employees more benefits and perks.
