The online assessment was okay but ran short on time. The total coverage time of 4-5 minutes felt long, with the technical part followed by principle questions. This mimicked a real scenario, which was a bit challenging for a new grad.

Had a phone screen, followed by an online assessment, and then an interview by the team lead. Was rejected after that. The screen took a half hour, the assessment took two and a half hours, and the interview was an hour.

First OA, then 3 virtual onsite rounds. One round was LLD + LPs. Another was a LeetCode-style question. The last round was fully behavioral. The entire process took 2 months.
