Great atmosphere. People really try to help each other through great communication. Executive focus and engagement in programs is very motivating. No place to hide for people who try to get along with the bare minimum.
Upper management can be a little ridiculous when it comes to project deadlines. Work-life can take a hit. There is very limited training. Competition can get stiff.
