A great company to work for
Great place to grow your career, with lots of intelligent people to work with. Managers are usually very reasonable and considerate. There's not much politics at all, and of course, the CEO is top-notch with great vision.
On-call sometimes can be a little bit invasive to your personal life, but still manageable after you know what you are doing.
Benefits are good, but not great.
