The culture is dreadful. Be aware that you are considered disposable. The company forces you to compete with your coworkers, causing high mental distress with overloaded tasks. They intend to drain and replace you with a new hire. Don't expect a fair performance review either. Once you become a target by the management team for fire/hire cycles, you are done. Please have a good psychiatrist to treat you well.
Stop destroying humanity.
