- Decent pay & sign-on bonus.
- Big company, talented teammates.
- Unrealistic project schedule, but managers don't think so. They believe developers can solve all problems in a short time. Managers don't care about developers.
- Teammates are very aggressive.
- On-call is horrible. You're paid as an SDE but also doing the job of an SDET and support engineer.
Slow down a little bit and do a better schedule. If you're not coding, please take some time to rethink if some features are realistic for the devs. Try to be nice to non-native speakers; we're human, not machines.
