Pay is decent if you are "titular" or strong. Some projects are interesting. It's a good place to go as a new grad if you don't have any other offer.

Although it says it is striving to be the best employer, it is actually not.
Do really try to be the best employer, not just striving, in terms of RTO and a lot of things.
