A Trial By Fire
If you can survive the breakneck pace and shifting priorities, and work well alongside ALL of your teammates (not just other SDEs), you will emerge with a valuable product and operational skillset applicable to almost any company.
Promotion is totally in your hands; do not expect help from your manager, especially with recent changes in talent review.
Priorities shift fast: be prepared to have your project de-prioritized, terminated, or handed off to another team.
Expect multiple reorgs and changes that require starting over with new management.
