Accept new grads with a low bar, giving almost everybody a chance if they are lucky. So, it is a good place for you to start your career.
- Work-life balance is bad.
- Company culture is not friendly; employees are treated badly.
- Fifty percent of SDE employees won't stay for two years.
I don't think Amazon can change.
