  1. There is no annual bonus. Promotions place you at the lowest band for that level.

  2. There are no refreshers. Stocks are granted for years without the initial stock grant, with 15% assumed growth per year.

  3. Overall, if you're an SDE, most other companies pay far superior.

  4. Bare-bones benefits with a 2% match on 401k.

Advice to Management
  1. Focus on designing a fair compensation plan that rewards high-performing employees rather than lining executives' pockets.
  2. Increase the minimum hourly wage for warehouse workers.
  3. Offer better benefits, such as a higher 401k match, etc.
