Good company (not anymore due to the stock price) and cutting-edge work.
After delivering for 3 years during the pandemic, we're being told to come to the office without any data-driven justification, no plan in place, arbitrary comments, and loaded terms like "pizza parties" and "collaboration," with no regard to employees' personal situations. The leadership has totally failed us, from layoff communication to RTO/WFH flip-flops.
Listen to your employees before making arbitrary decisions based on a whim and your experience from 25 years ago.
