Crunch time is a requirement for the job.
My interviewer was fantastic! He first introduced himself and told me a little about himself, which was tremendous. It made it a lot easier to talk to him about myself. The coding problem wasn't very difficult; it was just an implementation of a Prio
The process took 4 months. 3 rounds: * 1 system design * Others were DSA DSA rounds contained 2 questions each. 3 of them were back-to-back. Quite hectic, as the middle guy was late, so that pushed the meeting further.
The interviews covered data structures and algorithms, frontend design, backend system design, and behavior + cultural fit. I had lunch with team members and toured the office space. This was the final onsite interview, with each session conducted
