Working with smart people in one of the top companies is great for your resume. The culture is okay; nothing major or amazing. My team is amazing and our manager is one of a kind, but usually, it doesn't go that well.
On-call is definitely the worst part of the job. Sometimes, if you wish to develop or write a lot of code, you're probably not going to get a chance here.
Big companies like this one are more minimal in the work you do. You will get to code little, specific to tasks, and face a lot of steps before you can actually code anything.
