The unique nature of the work and culture of the company (team dependent) provides a great platform for curious learners.
Challenging work can be a double-edged sword. Specifically, the relatively high technical complexity and fast timeline can be tricky to manage. But, support is available from teammates and management.
Further, this type of challenge exists in any comparable software company and so, is in the nature of the work.
