- Bad diversity: Once your team only has two kinds of people, just run. If your manager wants employers to work at weekends, this is a red flag.
- Bad food: Pay for food.
- Bad location: Downtown Seattle is dangerous.
Many bad managers are at Amazon and use PIP to blame them.
