Great pay. Bonuses are fat for the first 2 years. Stocks are really big when you hit the 3 or 4th year mark.
Who knows if you'll stay to hit past 2 years to get all your stocks.
PIP culture is real here, and there are many toxic managers.
The environment in general is competitive, built on the fear of being the lowest performing member on your team and put up for PIP. You could be performing well, but if everyone else on your team is "better" than you, you'd still be up for PIP.
