• Get to work with smart people • Get AWS experience on any team you're on • Pay is decent
Projects are uninspired, get stuck churning out boring features that take a lot of time to do. Management makes questionable decisions regarding the best projects to move forward on. Overworking is expected because of PIP culture. Promised promotion if you do extra work and then take away the promise after the work is done. Layoffs made morale take a nosedive.
Please value your workers more.
