Great pay, talented coworkers, and a company that lives its core values.
Benefits are just okay. Vacation time is not very generous. There is a return to office five days a week mandate regardless of practicality.
Listen to employees more. For all the data you gather from employees, it seems you still do whatever you want anyway. I've seen this on many decisions, not just the return to office mandate.
