You can become a SME in a fast time.
WLB is questionable. Ethics/morals are questionable. On multiple occasions, I worked in the office until 4 am, was told by my manager to take an Uber home so they wouldn't worry, and then was told, "Transportation is not covered as a part of reimbursement."
