Learn a lot, good mentoring, and coworkers are smart and nice. The pay is okay but not at industry standard.
Extremely fast-moving, intense management style, crazy deadlines. Stay away.
Slow down. Let your engineers finish projects before you bounce them to the next big thing. Care about your employees as much as you do your customers.
