LeetCode questions that have no correlation to your skill as an engineer, and as a result, you end up having completely useless coworkers. I'm not sure why every company does this.

A recruiter reached out and asked me to send a PDF of 8-10 questions she asked. After that, I was sent an online assessment to complete within 7 days. It was a proctored online assessment.

It was a nice experience. The first round was a coding challenge. After being selected in the first round, I entered a three-round loop, which was very interesting. The interview went very well, and that was a good experience for me.
