You can learn lots of things about AWS and do experiments there. The infrastructure and internal tools are awesome. You can learn many best practices and have a chance to utilize them.
There is no concrete road map, at least in our organization.
In Japan, you need to focus on the business requirements, which change frequently. Most of the time is spent on communication with our dependencies and/or business partners rather than coding or design.
Compared to technology, communication and/or management skills are more important.
