Culture can vary greatly from org to org. A lot of your time, WLB, and health will depend on where you pick or where you get placed. Not recommended if you have a family that depends on you or if you need to be on a visa.
Drop the PIP rates. It's making the culture increasingly toxic.

Software Engineer
Recruiter interview, phone interview, four loops. Thirty minutes, one hour, and one hour for each loop. A total of about 6 hours of interviews. The process was normal at Amazon. Nothing too special but very lengthy.
