The team I was on gave me a solo project for the duration of my internship and did not help me very much with it. I felt lost and alone within a big company.
Integrate interns more within the team.

Software Engineer
Recruiter interview, phone interview, four loops. Thirty minutes, one hour, and one hour for each loop. A total of about 6 hours of interviews. The process was normal at Amazon. Nothing too special but very lengthy.
