I applied online. The process took 1 week. OA through the online assessment platform, which is about 2 hours in total. Having one LeetCode hard problem first, and a real-world backend project needs to be fixed to solve some failed unit tests.

I recently completed a LeetCode-style test consisting of two questions. Both questions were likely of hard difficulty and required optimizing for speed. I was able to arrive at a non-optimized solution for one question, but not the other.

I tried the first few screens and then decided not to continue. The process was fine, but not having remote options is a deal killer. Hopefully, that changes soon as remote work becomes more prevalent.
